We hope everyone is having a great Spring Break so far! A few quick items to cover tonight:
First, Solo and Ensemble information is posted under a tab on this website. Please refer to this page for pdfs of all important information regarding Solo and Ensemble.
Second, Band Festival is Next Saturday April 5th! We still need volunteers for this event. If you are unable to donate your time, please consider donating a baked good for the Festival Bake Sale. Drop off all items at the LHS Cafeteria from 11-2pm that day.

All students will need to remain for a brief time after the performance so that all equipment has been returned to the proper place. If everyone stays and does their part, thing will go smoothly!
Here are a few quick items for students and parents on upcoming events:
Step Up Instruments-We will be hosting an informational meeting about step up instruments sponsored by Pellegrino Music on Wednesday, March 19th from 5pm-7pm in the LMS Band Room. These instruments are made by reputable companies and will allow your student to continue developing to their full potential. These instruments are recommended for any student in the bands and are a great investment in your musical future! More information will be coming next week but these consultations are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment please call Pellegrino Music Center.
Band Festival-Watch your mailbox for information regarding this year's 75th Annual Band Festival. The Festival is happening Saturday, April 5 at LHS. ALL BANDS from 6-12 and ALL JAZZ BANDS will be featured in what will be a memorable evening. We will need dozens of parent volunteers to ensure that the Festival is successful. Please consider donating some of your time that day to helping our Boosters host this traditional event.
Solo and Ensemble-Attention all 7th and 8th Graders! Solo and Ensemble is fast approaching! The event will take place at Alliance HS on Saturday April 12. All students will report to the LMS Band Room by 6:45AM that morning. A detailed schedule of events will be made available when the registration window has closed. This is an all-day event that we anticipate will be highly successful for our students and we are looking forward to it!
